Chocolate M&M Pudding Sundaes

Hey Fatties!
A quick, easy and delicious way to satisfy all those chocolate addicts out there. You can always do this with instant pudding or the cook and serve type, but this an easy way to make homemade chocolate pudding. The chocolate flavor is so much better than the box kind. Enjoy and have a happy fat day!

CHOCOLATE M&M PUDDING SUNDAES
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 small container of coolwhip
1 bag of chocolate M&Ms

In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Whisk in milk a little at a time so the mixture does not have any dry lumps.

Place in the microwave, and cook for 3 minutes on high.
Stir, then cook at 1 minute intervals, stirring between cooking times for 2 to 4 minutes, or until shiny and thick. Stir in vanilla.

Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming, and chill in the refrigerator.

After chilled, get out your sundae dishes and scoop a generous dollop of chocolate pudding, then a dollop of coolwhip and repeat layers. Sprinkle M&Ms on top and eat up. Yummmmmmmmmmm

p.s. as a surprise put three M&Ms at the bottom of the sundae dish.
