FRENCH TOAST BITES

Hey Fatties!
So, this French Toast Bites recipe is something I created by accident, like some of you out there. It was an "oops", but once I tasted it, I realized I had found something special. It is perfect if you have little monsters at home.. or big monsters, like mine :) Who doesn't love finger food?

FRENCH TOAST BITES

1 loaf of french bread, stale cut into 1 1/2 inch thick pieces.
Five Eggs
2 tbsps salted butter
1/8 cup of whole milk
1 tsp of real vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
cinnamon/sugar mixture

Beat eggs, milk together in bowl until well mixed
Stir in vanilla, cloves and nutmeg
Set aside
Take butter and melt in griddle at medium/medium high heat
Dip slices of bread, on both sides into egg/milk mixture and place on griddle. Brown on both sides, sprinkling generously the cinnamon/sugar mixture on both sides.
Serve hot and dip into a side of warm real maple syrup then enjoy! Be careful, you can eat a lot!

Have a happy fat day!
