Garlic Red Mashed Potato Bliss

So, anyone that knows me, knows how much I love me some mashed potatoes (show me a fat boy that doesn't?) I love them straight up, the old fashioned way the best. At every holiday, I'm the one who needs to make them for the fam. Well, I won't give away my secrets for those suckers, but I will share some of my other favorite mashed potato recipes. So, here is one for Garlic Red Mashed Potatoes. They are easy, delicious and will win you over with your family any day of the week. Enjoy Fatties!

3 pounds unpeeled red potatoes, quartered
1/2 pound butter at room temperature
3 ounces Romano grated cheese
2 1/2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons dried oregano

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, around 45 minutes or so then drain. Stir in that yummy delicious creamy butter, cheese, garlic, salt and oregano. Mash with a potato masher or with with the electric mixer. Serve and enjoy!

Have a happy fat day!
